PRECONSTRUCTION

We have an experienced team that understands the importance of conceptual budget pricing, scope verification and project scheduling, to help value engineer and make every project run as smooth as possible. This is construction after all. Only working with reputable Architects and Engineers helps achieve our goal of being cost effective and maintaining building efficiency.

GENERAL CONSTRUCTION

General Contracting, Construction Management, Ground-Up/New Builds, T/I's, Tear-Downs, Project cost, quality and timeline control. Not your typical GC company. We have in house crews to handle rough carpentry through finish carpentry and millwork, electrical and mechanical. This give us much more control over project scheduling, timeline and cost control.

ELECTRICAL

C & J has a full service Electrical Division full of experienced journeymen crews to efficiently tackle any project, Commercial or Residential. We take on Ground-Up/New Builds, T/I's and remodels, as well as Value Engineering. Specializing in projects 10,000SqFt or more.
